- After this 2-day course, the trainees/participants will be

- Build techniques that will ensure a development of high-level capabilities in facing and intervening with the challenges that comes in a transition and changes through utilization of project management processes
- Apply learnings in the delivery of daily activities of participants to ensure positive outcomes and sustainable results
- Appreciate the importance of realistic management in securing success for every project and endeavor.
