Project Management 101: Setting Up Right to Set up Success Training Course

Overview

  1. Objectives of the Course:
    • After this 2-day course, the trainees/participants will be
      1. Develop a deeper understanding of the elements that governs the process and delivery of effective and efficient project management
      2. Build techniques that will ensure a development of high-level capabilities in facing and intervening with the challenges that comes in a transition and changes through utilization of project management processes
      3. Apply learnings in the delivery of daily activities of participants to ensure positive outcomes and sustainable results
      4. Appreciate the importance of realistic management in securing success for every project and endeavor.

    • Total Daily Duration: 7 hours duration + 1-hour lunch
